Now, I was really looking forward to hitting the pool, but it was closed for maintenance and looked kinda iffy all week. What’s up with that?

the staff is clearly overwhelmed, because every time, I asked a simple question, they acted as if I was bothering them, quite rude really. and the pool? oh, closed for maintenance with green water but other guests were treated better. I simply cannot understand why I wasn’t offered an upgrade to make up for this.

staying at ramada was a delight! the hotel felt secure and the atmosphere was very friendly. breakfast was simply amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. also, the terrace and pool tables added a fun touch to the experience. it's just a quick 5-minute drive to the main food service area, making it super convenient.
